This site was created to help people learn more about infrared ovens. The first time I saw an infrared oven it was on a late night TV infomercial. I bought it on a whim and fell in love with it. I love that I can throw a piece of frozen chicken in it and have it done in 15 minutes or less. However, not only is it done fast, it’s more juicy than if I cooked it in a conventional oven. I was so impressed with the infrared technology that I couldn’t help but create a website to share my knowledge about them and why they are better than a conventional oven.
